New code parameter type and numeric values display enhancements

As you may have noticed the only numeric parameter that was currently available only allowed integers to be entered. This did not allow for full flexibility. For this reason, we have added a new floating point number type parameter. Within it, you can store both numbers with decimal places and integers. You can now choose whether you want to use a field that accepts only integers or one that accepts any number, including numbers with decimal points.

In addition to the above, we have improved the display of numerical parameter values so that it is consistent with the overall system.
